All jewelry in our collections is crafted by our international artisan partners. Each piece is individually quality-checked before shipment.

3.2 Availability

All products are subject to availability. Crystia reserves the right to discontinue any product at any time. In the event that an ordered item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will notify you promptly and offer either a full refund or a suitable alternative.

3.3 Personalized Items

Crystia currently offers standard jewelry collections. Personalized and custom-engraved items may become available in the near future. When offered, personalized items will be explicitly marked as such and will be subject to additional terms, including a no-return policy due to their custom nature.

4. Pricing & Payment

4.1 Pricing

All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise indicated. Crystia reserves the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the one displayed at the time of checkout confirmation.

4.2 Taxes & Duties

Prices displayed on crystia-jewelry.com do not include applicable sales tax, customs duties, or import fees. For US customers, applicable sales tax may be applied at checkout depending on your state. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes levied by their country.

5. Shipping & Delivery

5.1 Processing Time

All orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding French public holidays).

5.2 Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times after dispatch are as follows:

United States (primary market): 4 to 6 business days
International orders: delivery times vary by destination and will be specified at checkout
 
These timeframes are estimates and not guarantees. Crystia is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, or circumstances beyond our control (force majeure).

5.3 Shipping Carriers

We ship via reputable international carriers. Tracking information will be provided by email once your order has been dispatched.

5.4 Address Accuracy

The customer is solely responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Crystia cannot be held liable for non-delivery resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Crystia offers free returns within 30 days of delivery.
Prepaid return shipping labels are provided at no cost to the customer.
You may choose between a full refund or store credit.

 
6.1 Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

Returned within 30 calendar days of the confirmed delivery date;
Unworn or tried on briefly — items must show no signs of damage, alteration, or excessive wear;
Returned in their original packaging, including any boxes, pouches, or protective materials;
Accompanied by the original order confirmation or proof of purchase.
 
Items that have been visibly worn, damaged, altered, or returned without original packaging may be refused or subject to a partial refund at Crystia’s sole discretion.

6.2 How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label within 2 business days. Do not ship items back without prior authorization.

6.3 Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item (typically within 3 to 5 business days of delivery to our facility), Crystia will process either:

A full refund to your original payment method, or
A store credit (gift card) for the full purchase amount — at your choice.
 
Refunds to the original payment method may take 5 to 10 business days to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.

6.4 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Personalized or custom-engraved items (when applicable in future);
Items purchased during final sale events, clearly marked as non-returnable;
Gift cards.

6.5 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] with photographic evidence. Crystia will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

7. EU & French Consumer Rights (CGV)

This section is mandatory under French and European consumer protection law.
It applies to all customers, including those outside the EU, as Crystia is operated from France.

 
7.1 Right of Withdrawal (Droit de Retractation)

In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU and French Consumer Code (Article L.221-18), customers residing in the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving their order, without providing any reason.
To exercise this right, notify us at [email protected] before the 14-day period expires. Upon return of the item in original condition, a full refund will be issued within 14 days.

Note: Our standard 30-day free return policy exceeds the statutory 14-day EU requirement and applies to all customers worldwide.

7.2 Legal Warranty of Conformity (Garantie Legale de Conformite)

Under French law (Articles L.217-4 to L.217-14 of the Consumer Code), all products sold by Crystia are covered by a 2-year legal warranty of conformity from the date of delivery. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship present at the time of delivery.

7.3 Warranty Against Hidden Defects (Garantie des Vices Caches)

These Terms of Service are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, French courts shall have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in the customer’s country of residence.
