1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 24 to 48 business hours of payment confirmation (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel in real time.

3. Shipping Costs

3.1 United States

Crystia offers free standard shipping on all US orders of $45.00 USD or more. For US orders under $45.00 USD, a flat shipping fee will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.

3.2 International Orders

Shipping costs for international orders are calculated based on destination, package weight, and selected shipping method. The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. No additional shipping charges will be applied after the order is confirmed.

4. Shipping Carriers & Tracking

Crystia ships via trusted international carriers including USPS and our fulfillment partners’ carrier network, selected based on destination and delivery speed. The carrier assigned to your order will be indicated in your shipping confirmation email.
 
Tracking: All orders include parcel tracking. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can also track your order via the ‘Track Your Parcel’ page on our website.
 
Please note that tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to reflect after your shipment is dispatched. If your tracking number shows no movement after 5 business days, please contact us at [email protected].

5. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

5.1 United States

Most Crystia jewelry orders shipped to the United States are delivered without additional customs fees or import duties. Any applicable import charges are typically handled through our fulfillment partners as part of the shipping process, and are already reflected in your order total at checkout.
In the event that customs fees are assessed by US Customs and Border Protection (CBP) upon delivery, Crystia will not be responsible for these charges. We recommend contacting our support team at [email protected] if you encounter any unexpected fees.

5.2 International Orders

For orders shipped outside the United States, the customer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees levied by their country’s customs authority upon or after delivery. These charges are not included in your Crystia order total and are determined entirely by the destination country’s regulations.
Crystia ships on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis for international orders. This means that customs charges, if any, are payable by the recipient at the time of delivery or clearance.
We strongly recommend checking with your local customs office or postal authority for information on applicable import taxes before placing an international order.
Crystia is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures in the destination country.

6. Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are solely responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and deliverable shipping address at the time of checkout. Please double-check your address — including apartment number, ZIP code, and country — before confirming your order.

Crystia cannot be held liable for non-delivery, delays, or additional costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer. If you realize you have entered an incorrect address, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will do our best to correct the address before dispatch, but cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been processed.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment at the customer’s expense.

7. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

7.1 Delayed Packages

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window shown in Section 2, please first check your tracking information for the latest status update. Carrier delays can occasionally extend delivery beyond the estimated timeframe, particularly during peak periods (holiday season, sale events).
If your tracking shows no movement for more than 10 business days (US) or 20 business days (international), please contact us at [email protected] and we will open an inquiry with the carrier on your behalf.

7.2 Lost Packages

If a package is officially declared lost by the carrier following an investigation, Crystia will offer you the choice of:
A full replacement of your original order, shipped at no additional cost, or
A full refund to your original payment method.
 
Crystia will initiate the replacement or refund process once the carrier’s investigation is complete. Investigation timelines vary by carrier but typically take 7 to 14 business days.

7.3 Stolen Packages (Porch Piracy)

If your tracking information shows your package as ‘Delivered’ but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors, building management, or any secure drop-off location at your address. If the package cannot be located within 3 business days of the marked delivery date, please contact us at [email protected]. We will assess each case individually and do our best to find a fair resolution.
Crystia is not liable for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier that are subsequently lost or stolen from the delivery location. However, we will always try to help.

8. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives visibly damaged, please follow these steps:

– Do not discard the original packaging — it may be required for a carrier claim.
– Photograph the damaged packaging and the item(s) clearly before opening further.
– Contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and photos.
 
Crystia will arrange a free replacement or full refund for items confirmed as damaged in transit. Claims submitted more than 7 days after the delivery date may not be eligible for a free replacement.

9. Multiple Items & Split Shipments

If you order multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on product availability and fulfillment logistics. In such cases, you will receive individual tracking numbers for each shipment. You will not be charged additional shipping fees for split shipments.

10. Peak Period Delays

During high-volume periods — including but not limited to Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas, Valentine’s Day, and Mother’s Day — processing and delivery times may be extended beyond the standard estimates shown in this policy. We recommend placing orders well in advance during these periods to ensure timely delivery.

Crystia will communicate any anticipated delays via the website banner or by email to affected customers where possible.

11. Policy Updates

Crystia reserves the right to update this Shipping Policy at any time to reflect changes in our logistics operations, carrier partnerships, shipping costs, or applicable regulations — including international trade and customs regulations. The updated policy will be published on this page with a revised effective date.
We encourage customers to review this page periodically, especially before placing international orders, as import regulations and shipping conditions may change.
