1. Our Return Commitment

At Crystia, we want you to love every piece you receive. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer free, hassle-free returns within 30 days of delivery — no questions asked.
We believe shopping for jewelry should feel risk-free. That is why we cover the cost of return shipping with a prepaid label, and let you choose between a full refund or store credit, whichever works best for you.

2. Return Window

Returns must be initiated within 30 calendar days of the confirmed delivery date of your order. The delivery date is determined by the tracking information provided by the carrier.
Returns requested after the 30-day window will not be accepted, except in cases of manufacturing defects or shipping damage, which are handled separately under Section 7.

3.1 Condition Requirements

Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received. We understand you may want to try on your jewelry before deciding to keep it — this is perfectly fine. However, items that show clear signs of regular wear, perfume, cosmetics, or physical damage will not be accepted for a full refund.
Specifically, returned items must:

Show no signs of regular wear, scratches, or damage beyond brief try-on
Be free from perfume, cosmetics, lotions, or other substances
Be returned in their original Crystia packaging, pouch, and any included cards or documentation
Not have been resized, altered, or repaired by a third party

3.2 Packaging

Items returned without their original packaging may be refused or subject to a restocking assessment at Crystia’s sole discretion. We recommend keeping all original packaging until you are certain you wish to keep your purchase.

4. How to Initiate a Return

Returning your Crystia order is simple. Follow the steps below:

Contact Us

Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We respond within 2 business days.

Receive Label

We will email you a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.

Pack & Ship

Pack your item securely in its original packaging and drop it off with the designated carrier. Keep your tracking receipt.

Inspection

Once received, we inspect the returned item within 3 to 5 business days.

Refund or Credit

Your refund or store credit is issued within 1 business day of inspection approval.

Please do not ship items back without first contacting us and receiving your prepaid label. Unauthorized returns may result in delays or refusal.

5. Refunds

5.1 Refund Options

Once your return has been received and inspected, you will be notified by email. You may choose one of the following:
 
OPTION A — Full Refund: Refunded to your original payment method (credit/debit card, PayPal, etc.)
OPTION B — Store Credit: Issued as a Crystia gift card for the full purchase amount, valid for 12 months
 
Your chosen refund option will be processed within 1 business day of inspection approval.

5.2 Refund Amount

The refund covers the full purchase price of the returned item(s). Original shipping fees, if any were charged, are non-refundable. Return shipping is always free and covered by Crystia via the prepaid label.

Example: If you paid $39.00 for a necklace with $4.99 shipping, your refund will be $39.00. The $4.99 original shipping charge is non-refundable.

5.3 Refund Timeline

After your refund is issued by Crystia, please allow the following processing times:

Credit / Debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex via Stripe): 5 to 10 business days
PayPal: 3 to 5 business days
Google Pay / Apple Pay: 5 to 10 business days (processed via Stripe)
Store credit (gift card): issued instantly upon approval
 
If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please first check with your bank or payment provider, then contact us at [email protected].

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:
 
✗  Personalized or custom-engraved items (when available) — made specifically for you
✗  Items marked as ‘Final Sale’ at the time of purchase
✗  Gift cards
✗  Items returned without prior authorization from Crystia
✗  Items showing clear signs of regular wear, damage, or alteration

7. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

Crystia stands fully behind the quality of every piece in our collection. If you receive an item that is:

– Defective or has a manufacturing fault
– Damaged in transit
– Incorrect (wrong item sent)
 
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] with the following:

– Your order number
– A clear photo of the defective, damaged, or incorrect item
– A brief description of the issue
 
Upon confirmation, Crystia will offer you the choice of a free replacement shipped at no cost, or a full refund including any original shipping fees paid. We will cover all return shipping costs for defective or incorrect items.
Claims submitted more than 7 days after the delivery date may not qualify for a free replacement, but we will always review each case individually and aim to find a fair resolution.

9. Gift Returns

If you received a Crystia item as a gift and would like to return it, please contact us at [email protected]. We will work with you to find the best solution, which may include issuing store credit in your name rather than a refund to the original purchaser’s payment method.
Please have the order number or the gift-giver’s email address available when contacting us, to help us locate the original order.

10. EU Customers — Statutory Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, customers located in the European Union have a statutory right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving their order, without providing any reason.
Our standard 30-day free return policy exceeds and encompasses this statutory right. EU customers benefit from the same free return process described in Section 4. To exercise your statutory right of withdrawal, simply contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of delivery.
Upon return of the item in its original condition, a full refund — including the original standard shipping cost — will be issued within 14 days of us receiving the returned item, as required by EU law.
