  • Fraudulent claims will result in immediate cancellation of coverage and may be subject to legal action under applicable law.
  • Crystia reserves the right to decline claims that cannot be verified or that clearly fall outside the scope of normal wear and tear.
  • Replacement items will be the same model as the original. If the item is discontinued, we will offer the closest equivalent or a store credit of equal value.
  • This coverage is not insurance and does not replace any statutory consumer rights you may have under applicable law.

05 Frequently Asked Questions


No. Crystia Care+ must be selected during checkout before the order is finalized. We are unable to add it retroactively, even if your order has not yet shipped.

If your original item is discontinued or unavailable, we will offer you the closest equivalent piece in our current catalog or a store credit equal to the original item’s purchase price.

Care+ applies per item. If you add multiple products to your cart, you may choose to add Care+ to each individual item. Each covered item is eligible for one replacement during its coverage period.

Cosmetic wear such as tarnishing, surface scratches, and discoloration are considered normal aging of jewelry and are not covered by Care+. Coverage is limited to structural breakage under normal use.

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, your replacement order is processed within 2–5 business days. Shipping times then apply based on your delivery location. We’ll keep you informed at every step.

No. Replacement items are sent as a one-time goodwill gesture and are not covered under a new Care+ plan. Each original covered item is eligible for one replacement only.
